Moving to EduMark: days, not terms
Migration is a wizard with a dry run, a sandbox preview and a 30-day rollback — not a services engagement. This guide walks through the four steps and what to have ready.
2 · Dry run
EduMark maps courses, cohorts, learners and assessments, then shows you exactly what would be created, changed or skipped — before anything is.
3 · Sandbox preview
The full import lands in a sandbox first. Click around it as a marker, an educator and an admin. Adjust mappings and re-run until it looks right.
4 · Go live, with a way back
Promote the import when you are ready. Every migration carries a 30-day rollback, and larger estates can run a parallel period via LTI alongside the old system.
What to have ready
- A course/learner export or CSV from your current system
- Your assessment briefs and handbooks as Word or PDF
- A named admin for the guided setup (under a day of effort)
Documents in, documents out: everything you import — and everything EduMark produces — exports cleanly with a verifiable manifest, any time. Nothing is trapped.
