Draft pending legal review

This page will carry the EduMark website terms and a link to the platform service agreement. Two commitments worth stating even in draft, because they are product design facts: you can cancel and export your data at any time, and nothing a learner sees is ever published without a named human approving it.

Approved marking helps EduMark’s AI mark more fairly inside the organisation. If an organisation turns sharing on, anonymised examples from approved marking can also help AI-drafted marking at other organisations assessing the same qualifications. Sharing is off by default, and organisations, learners and staff can turn it off at any time in Settings › Marking memory.
