Versioning

Dated versions

The API is versioned by date. The current version is 2026-10-21. Send EduMark-Version: 2026-10-21 to pin it; every response echoes the version that served it. Without the header you get the latest.

We add things without a new version: new products, new optional fields, new response fields, new event types and new error codes. Write clients that ignore fields they do not know. Anything that would break a pinned client ships as a new dated version, announced ahead of time, and pinned versions keep working.
